More than 300 experts from ministries responsible for the maintenance and the exploitation of the systems for provision of e-government services, will participate in specialized trainings. The preparation is within MTITC project “Improving qualification of employees from the central level administration through mustering knowledge and skills in managing software IT projects in accordance with contemporary methodologies”. The project is being implemented with funds under OP Administrative Capacity.
The trainings will start at the beginning of 2015. The topics of the classes will encompass almost all aspects of the activities related to the development, exploitation and maintenance of systems and software for e-governance. IT staff from ministries have showed the greatest interest in the business analysts courses that include creation and implementation of plans and strategies, as well as in the cybersecurity topic.
The other specialized topics are: software architecture, data base, java programing, system administration, managing and administrating of web portals. There will also be a specially designed program for more than 20 trainers who will later disseminate the information and share their experience and knowledge with the corresponding ministries.
