Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications

The ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications set in circulation a postal stamp entitled “100 years of the establishment of the Union of the Military Invalids and Veterans”. This is the second issue dedicated to the organization. In 2005 the deeds of the people who gave their lives for the country were commemorated with a postal card.

The stamp is in circulation of 11 000 copies and the artist is Liuba Tomova.
