Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications

The Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications (MTITC) starts the elaboration of the Annual thematic plan for postage stamps issue in 2016. By August 30, 2015 will be accepted proposals to commemorate significant events, anniversaries and celebrations. They must be associated with events that are of public, national or global significance; reflect anniversaries of the birth of individuals with a historically proven contribution to the strengthening of national identity or the development of society; fit to the following thematic sections "Bulgaria - our motherland", "Bulgaria and Europe" and "Bulgaria and the world."

The Annual thematic plan for issue of postage stamps, postal products and special postmarks in 2016, approved by the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, will be published after the end of October 2015.
