Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications

The Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications is organizing a contest for creating an art project

of postal-philatelic edition titled "Christmas 2015".The postmark is provided for correspondence with both the country and abroad.

It will be with a nominal value of 1 lev and it will be a part of the edition, which includes an illustrated envelope and a special postage stamp. Students from universities in the professional field of "Fine Arts" have the right to participate in the competition.

Each candidate can only participate with one project on the topic. The proposals must be prepared specially for the competition.

The deadline for submission of the projects is 26 October 2015.

The Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications will contract the author of the selected project by the jury.

The proposals will be evaluated by the members of the Expert Council on Postage Stamp Issuing and members of the Union of Bulgarian Artists.

The winner will be announced on the website of the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications on 30 October 2015.
