Conference on a Subject “Transport Infrastructure and Transport-Logistic Systems” Will Take Place in Sofia

The Minister of Transport Peter Mutafchiev will be a patron of the scientific-technical conference on a Subject "Transport Infrastructure and Transport-Logistic Systems - Priorities for Southeast Europe. The forum will take place on February 13 and 14, 2007 in Inter Expo and Congress Center - Sofia. In the same time an exhibition "Transport and Logistic will be opened. Promoters of the event are the Ministry of Transport, the Scientific-Technical Association on Transport and the Agency "Bulgarreklama". The main goal of the conference is to evaluate the status of the transport-logistic system of the country, to determine the problems and to enunciate the suggestions for the further development in this field. During the forum the development of the transport and the logistic in the country will be discussed, as well as the transport infrastructure condition and the logistic servicing of the domestic and the international freight stream. Also discussed will be the place of the modern technics and technologies in the transport-logistic system and the factors for development of the transport-logistic business. An accent will be put onto the transport reorganization and the integration in the European Union. For additional information:
