Minister Mutafchiev Attended the Signing of Agreement between the Union of the Philatelists in Bulgaria and the Federation of the European Philatelic Associations

In the presence of the Minister of Transport Peter Mutafchiev, the Union of the Philatelists in Bulgaria and the Federation of the European Philatelist Associations (FEPA) signed an agreement to organize an European philately exhibition in Bulgaria, in May 2009. Bulgaria will be a host of the forum for the seventh time. The document was signed by the Chairman of the Union of the Bulgarian Philatelists Spas Panchev and the President of the Greek Philately Organization and coordinator of the EU philately association Antony Virvilis. The event took place in the renovated Central Club of the Philatelists, in Sofia. During the ceremony Peter Mutafchiev was declared honorary member of the Philatelists Association in Bulgaria and was rewarded with a gold badge. The title is given for significant contribution in the development of the Bulgarian philately. Honorary diplomas received also veterans of the philately in Bulgaria. For Additional Information:
