Ivaylo Moskovski and Kamen Kichev Are the New Deputy-Ministers of MTITC

Ivaylo Moskovski and Kamen Kichev are the new Deputy-Ministers of Transport, Information Technology and Communications.

Kamen Kichev will be responsible for the coordination and the development of the transport and Ivaylo Moskovski will work on the European programs and projects and the Euro-Atlantic Cooperation.

The two Deputy-Ministers will be officially presented by the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Aleksandar Tsvetkov on Thursday, August 6th 2009, at 11.00am in the building of the Ministry.

Ivaylo Moskovski has graduated Public Finance in the University for National and World Economy. He is finance management magister. Has a proficiency in English, German and Russian language. Till now he has occupied leading positions in several companies with foreign participation. He has prepared reports concerning the evaluation of the market potential and analysis for the economic conditions in the Bulgarian market, as well as economy marketing strategies. He is member of the Board and Deputy-Chairman of the Association of the Light Industry Producers, as well as Chairman of the Commission on Competitiveness, part of the same association.

Kamen Kichev has a valuable experience in the field of air transport. Since 2004, up to now he has been a regional director of Austrian Airlines for Bulgaria, Macedonia, Kosovo and Montenegro. He occupies a leading positions in public and professional organizations, as the Bulgarian Association of Congress Tourism, the International Air Transport Association etc. He has graduated the technical University in Sofia and is fluent in English.
