Minister Tsvetkov: We will Search for Effective Model Together with the Branch to Stop the Corruption in the Training of Drivers

The Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Aleksandar Tsvetkov, The Deputy-Minister Kamen Kichev and the acting executive Director of EA "Automobile Administration" Lyubomir Hristov met today representatives of the Branch organizations in the field of automobile transport means driver training. They expressed the position that the main problem for the development of the branch is the "grey sector" and the unfair competition. During the talks Minister Tsvetkov declared that the problem with the negative occurrences and the corruption practices in the training of chauffeurs and the acquisition of driving license will not be solved by mechanical personnel changes. According to him the approach should be changed, as well as the whole work philosophy. Together with the branch and in the spirit of good dialogue, we will search for a new approach to stop the corruption practices and to eliminate the "grey sector" said the minister. He assured the participants that he will rely on the branch structures as a corrective, as well as to provide maximum assistance to the administration to deal with the unregulated practices end events.
