MTITC issued a postcard dedicated to the 200 anniversary of Nikolai Pirogov

Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications issued a postcard dedicated to the 200 anniversary of one of the founders of military surgery - Nikolai Pirogov.

This is the second product in the philatelic Bulgarian stamp publishing dedicated to the Academician Nikolai Pirogov. The issue is a limited edition - 775 stamps and contains illustrated postcards and a special postage stamp. Artist of the project is Nenko Atanasov.
