The Deputy Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Parvan Rusinov and the Health Minister Stephen Konstantinov put into circulation a postcard on the topic of “75 years from the establishment of the Center for Emergency Medical Care”.
Medicine is a topic to which the Bulgarian stamp publishing often turns but for a first time a special mail-philatelic product is devoted to the “Emergency Medical Aid”, said during the ceremony Deputy Minister Rusinov.
The issue is printed in 2 230 copies and the price is 0,35 leva. The artist of the project is Nenko Atanasov. |
