Document systems of all central administrations are already able to exchange documents electronically, said the Deputy Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, Valery Borissov at the opening of the 13th Conference for E-government. Three months after the PM Boyko Borisov and the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, Ivaylo Moskovski gave start to the electronic exchange of documents between five state administrations, now all ministries and several agencies are included in the system.
We conduct training of civil servants for effective management of electronic documents. We aim all central institutions to become "paperless", said Deputy Minister Borissov.
The next objectives are related to the introduction of modern technologies and innovations and they will change not only the agenda of the Bulgarian administration, but its’ work and attitude. Building digital highways, creating a E-Government,investment in technology and innovations, creation of a government "cloud" is just the beginning of our project, said the Deputy Minister.
"Economics are moving faster than politics, and in Information and Communication Technologies speed is multiplied many times. This requires from us fast and stable political decisions. I think in the field of E-Government we are witnessing such decisions in the last six months" said Deputy Minister Borsisov. |
