Commission Appointed to Investigate the Case with the arrested Traffic Director of Railway Station Gorna Oriahovitsa

With an order of the Minister of Transport Peter Mutafchiev a commission was approved to examine the case with the Traffic Director of Gorna Oriahovitsa, arrested with stolen goods. The commission includes representatives of the Ministry of Transport Inspectorate and also NK “Railway Infrastructure”. They will analyze the activities of the railway station personnel, in order to find out which are the possibilities for misappropriations and thefts from employees of NK, JI, BDZ LTD and from the firms which have protection duties. The commission was assigned a task to control the work of the protection firms for the period January 01, 2005 – January 31, 2006. After the accomplishment of its work the commission will present a report to Minister Mutafchiev with the results from the analyses and the inspection, as well suggestions for prevention of misappropriation cases.
