Philatelic edition on the occasion of 10th anniversary of the State Commission on Information Security

Philatelic edition of 1 502 pieces was put into use on the occasion of 10th anniversary of the State Commission on Information Security. The event was attended by the Deputy-Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Valery Borissov, the Chairperson of the State Commission on Information Security Tsveta Markova and the Chief Executive Officer of Bulgarian Posts PLC Deyan Daneshki.
The special edition consists of an envelope with special stamp. Author of the project is the artist Milena Abanos.
The phrase "classified information" was first introduced by law in 2002. It includes state and official secrets and foreign classified information. The State Commission on Information Security is the national organization for the protection of this data. |
