Minister Danail Papazov inspected the toll collection point at the “New Europe” bridge

Today the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Danail Papazov visited the toll collection point, where fees are collected from the vehicles passing over the “New Europe” bridge at Vidin - Calafat. During the inspection he ordered the review of all the possibilities to open an office for the sale of vignettes in short time.
“The traffic across the bridge is ahead of all project forecasts”, said Minister Papazov. In his words a total of 321 958 vehicles have passed through the bridge in both directions since the opening of the facility at the end of February 2014.
Earlier today Minister Danail Papazov and the Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, Yordan Yovchev, gave start to the lottery services in the post offices in the town of Vidin. The Minister filled in an electronic form and wished good luck to all participants in the Bulgarian Sports Lottery games. |
