Transport projects financed by the European Union and the stabilization of companies among the priorities for the caretaker Minister of Transport Nikolina Angelkova

The risk assessment of projects under the Operational Programme "Transport" 2007 - 2013, and urgent measures for their timely completion, as well as finalization of the negotiations on the Programme for the period 2014-2020, are the key priorities of the caretaker Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, Nikolina Angelkova. During the ceremony for coming into office at the Ministry, she announced that the work of the administration will be also focused on the preparation and submission of projects under the Connecting Europe Facility.
The current status and the organizational structure of the enterprises within the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications will be reviewed during the mandate of the caretaker government.
During the ceremony for the handover and adoption of the management of the Ministry, the resigning Minister Danail Papazaov thanked the team of employees and wished luck to his successor. Minister Angelkova added that the goals she has set are ambitions and she will rely on the administration for the implementation of the priorities in the sector. |
