Changes in the Board of Directors of Holding BDZ EAD

Vladimir Vladimirov is the new Executive Director of “Holding BDZ” EAD, while the chairperson of the Board is Velik Zanchev.
Vladimirov and Zanchev know well the railway system and under their management by 2013 the largest reforms in the company took place, which consequently led to the reduction of the company’s debts with 100 million lev. The experience and the direct results are the main reason for their comeback in the company’s management.
Among the main tasks of the new BDZ management is deepening the negotiations with the creditors and the active dialogue with the social partners so as to finalize the reform in the sector. |
