IT manuals for civil servants available on MTITC’s website

Training manuals on some of the most common profiles in information technology are available on the website of the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications (MTITC). The manuals are in the field of business analyses; software architecture; data base; cybersecurity; java programming; system administration; management and administration of web portals; training of trainers.
Leading academics and managers in IT companies have prepared over 1,300 pages of content in accordance with world standards on the content and scope of training programs.
The manuals have been developed under project № K13-22-1 / 03.05.2014 entitled "Improving the qualifications of the employees of the central administration by improving the knowledge and practical skills to manage IT software projects in accordance with modern methodologies" implemented with the financial support of Operational Program "Administrative Capacity", co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund.
The largest training of officials responsible for e-Government systems in administration, was conducted successfully from February 16th 2015 to June 19th, 2015. For the first time, IT directors and experts were given comprehensive training that combines academic knowledge and practical skills. Some 359 employees of the central administration gained knowledge and skills necessary for the transition to digital and electronic administration services.
