Deputy Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Anton Ginev sent a request to Prime Minister Boyko Borissov asking to be released for personal reasons.
Minister Ivaylo Moskovski expressed regret and thanked Anton Ginev for the collaboration and his professional expertise.
