In Bulgaria and Russia simultaneously, the fourth joint philatelic edition was launched. This time, the postal administrations chose as a plot one of the traditional branches of the economy - wine production, said during the ceremony in Pleven, Deputy Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Dimitar Genovski. He added that the art project, which is being launched on the Russian philatelic market, depicts the special grape variety - "Kaylashki Rubin", which is not inferior to the quality of world-famous varieties. According to him, this species was selected by the Institute of Viticulture and Enology in Pleven. The Bulgarian version of the publication presents the famous Russian variety "Tsvetnici", Dimitar Genovski said.
The publication consists of a series of two stamps and postage printing. The artist of the Bulgarian projects is Orlin Valchev. The circulation is 21,800 pieces.
