All ideas and proposals for the development of the taxi sector will be thoroughly considered. This was stated by the Minister of Transport and Communications Krasimira Stoyanova during the meeting held today with representatives of the taxi industry. She noted that despite the short mandate of the caretaker cabinet, everything possible will be done to speed up work on the most urgent and pressing issues. Discussions will be held with the competent institutions on the issues that are not fully within the competence of the Ministry of Transport and Communications to find quick solutions.
"In order to make progress in the sector, we need to have a constructive dialogue that outlines the issues and provides clarity on how to address them. I look forward to continuing the joint work with the experts from the Automobile Administration Agency on the various issues affecting the taxi sector," said Minister Krasimira Stoyanova. The taxi industry has expressed its willingness to discuss the various proposals at expert level so that consensus can be reached and constant action taken.
