The main issue of the conversation between them was the condition of the rolling stock along the narrow gauge railway and the stop Tsepina. Vaklinov asked Minister Alexiev for assistance the only station in the world, which functioned until 2002 without electricity to be turned into a museum of the narrow gauge railway. At the moment it is not an acting stop because years ago were taken measures by the National Railway Infrastructure Company (NRIC) for its closure.
Minister Hristo Alexiev endorsed the idea and ordered NRIC to explore options for the realization of the idea. The one is for co-management and the other one envisages that the stop Tsepina be provided for management to a non-profit association.
