Cybersecurity can be maintained through joint efforts and synergy between countries, companies and individuals, stated the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Ivaylo Moskovski at the opening of the Third Regional Cybersecurity Forum.
Bulgaria is a traditional host of the event, which is an expression of our commitment to the ongoing efforts on safety of digital space, said Minister Moskovski. According to him, the growing importance of Cybersecurity for the countries' economies and people's daily lives, leads to increased resources for maintaining security.
More than 100 experts from European countries and NGOs as well as from the European Commission, NATO and the World Bank participate in the Third Regional Cybersecurity Forum. Organizers of the event are the International Telecommunication Union and the European Union Agency for Network and Information Security (ENISA).
