"Celebrating anniversaries is always a matter of a look in the past, a reflection of the present, and a vision of the future. What a better symbol of connectivity than what diplomacy is doing is the association with a postage stamp, "said Minister Jeliazkov at the ceremony.
140 years may not be a major historical breakdown, but for the Third Bulgarian Kingdom they have so far been a symbol of sustainability, continuity and professionalism in ruinous historical times, said Minister Rossen Jeliazkov. According to him, celebrating today's anniversary is a reason for pride on the part of Bulgarian diplomacy and the Bulgarian state. As an example, he pointed out that Bulgarian diplomacy, only a few years after the Liberation, managed to hold the battle for the Unification of the Principality of Bulgaria and East Rumelia dignified.
"The symbol of diplomacy is stability, sustainability, purposefulness, and I think this is very well illustrated in the graphic image of the brand we are validating today," said Minister Jeliazkov.
