As of today, July 1st , the one-time permits for transportation of goods of the type to / from third country between Bulgaria and Serbia are lifted. The pilot project was agreed during the meeting of the Joint Bulgarian-Serbian Commission on International Road Transport on 2 and 3 of December 2019 in Belgrade. The project envisages for a period of one year the transport of goods to/from third countries to be carried out without permits.
