Bulgaria will receive 50 additional single permits from Turkey for transportation of goods to/from a third country to the quota for 2017. This was agreed by the Deputy Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, Anguel Popov and the Deputy Minister of Transport, Maritime and Communications of Turkey, Shaban Atlas, during a meeting in Ankara. Roaming prices between Bulgaria and Macedonia will be reduced. This became possible after today’s signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Ministry of Information Society and Administration of the Republic of Macedonia on reduction of international roaming tariffs for telecommunication services.

The reason for the urgent action was the last night incident with a company’s bus, which was carrying passengers on the line Sofia - Sunny Beach.
